Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Leasing Manager, based in the Pune Division. The responsibilities include managing end-to-end leasing processes, building and maintaining relationships with tenants and property owners, and negotiating lease agreements. The role also involves market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the properties are leased at optimal occupancy. Additional responsibilities include coordinating marketing efforts and addressing tenants inquiries and concerns effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in lease negotiation, tenant relationship management, and property management processes
• Strong market research, analytical, and data interpretation skills
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Expertise in managing marketing efforts related to lease promotions
• Proven ability to meet leasing targets and handle multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in commercial leasing or real estate is advantageous
• Familiarity with laws and regulations governing commercial property leasing is a plus
