Role Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Business Development Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in sales and digital marketing, along with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced agency environment. This role may require occasional travel for client meetings and fieldwork.

Whoshould NOT apply:

  • Candidates looking for short-term internships (2–3 months)
  • MBA students needing mandatory internships only

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients
  • Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and client communication
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Help in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (recently completed) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
