Job Description

Responsibilities -

  • Actively managing Customer acquisition portfolio.
  • Identifying and cultivating new clients to meet monthly sales objectives.
  • To maximize share of wallet, provide high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell possibilities within existing consumers.
  • Pre-sales and post-sales follow-up coordination
  • Weekly and monthly KPIs are being met and exceeded.
  • Analysis of Key Accounts
  • Market trends are being tracked, and frequent competitor input is being provided.
  • Follow & commit with Yotta's Policy statements (eg. QMS/EMS/OHS/ISMS/PIMS/ITSM etc)
  • Undertake applicable training as communicated from time to time.
  • Participation in Risk assessment process, contribute in achieving departmental & management system objectives & Assist in maintaining PIMS controls throughout personal data lifecycle.

Required Skills -

  • Industry Knowledge: A minimum of 8 -15 years of experience
  • Business Acumen: Proficient at uncovering key business issues and providing insightful, actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Change Management: Evidence of successful experience helping others manage change in their organizations.
  • A strong aptitude for problem-solving, negotiation, and mediation skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment

Qualifications -

  • Must hold a certificate or degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline.
  • 8 - 15 years of experience in Enterprise IT/ Telecom sales and solutions (Global and Domestic)
  • Knowledge of CRM software (such as Salesforce) would be advantageous.
