Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable and will be responsible for managing outstanding accounts and ensuring timely payments from clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on outstanding collections from clients.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to resolve payment issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client communications.
  • Work closely with the accounting department to reconcile accounts and ensure accurate billing.
  • Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts.
  • Prepare reports on collection status and present findings to management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of collection laws and regulations in India.
  • Ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
