Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Cold Calling Specialist.

The specialist will be responsible for contacting potential clients via phone to set qualified sales appointments.

Daily tasks include lead generation, managing a call schedule, maintaining documentation of client interactions, and following up with prospects to nurture leads. The Cold Calling Specialist will work closely with sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed lead generation goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in cold calling, lead generation, and managing outbound sales processes
  • Strong communication, active listening, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to analyze lead information, handle objections, and identify qualified opportunities
  • Self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or a similar role (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus

Compensation:

  • 03–06 LPA (based on experience)
