Role Description This is a full-time, remote Co-Founder with Investment role focused on building SynexOS into the operating system of choice for India's SMB ecosystem. You will co-lead strategy, product direction, and go-to-market, working closely with the founding team on priorities, milestones, and resource allocation. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating market opportunities, refining the value proposition for Tier 2 and Tier 3 businesses, and shaping customer acquisition and retention strategies. You will actively participate in sales conversations, investor interactions, and key partnerships, while bringing capital, networks, and strategic guidance to accelerate growth. The role also involves reviewing performance metrics, guiding experiments across product and growth, and helping build a lean, high-ownership culture.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and research capabilities to assess markets, evaluate business models, and interpret product and financial data.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the founding team, engage customers and partners, and represent the company to investors and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or SME-focused products, with the ability to design and execute acquisition and growth strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to make meaningful financial contributions (investment) and manage capital allocation with a long-term ownership mindset.
- Prior startup or founding experience, especially in SaaS, fintech, or ERP/HRMS/CRM domains, is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working remotely in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with high accountability and bias for action.
- Understanding of Indian SMB workflows, compliance, and regional business dynamics, particularly in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets, is a strong plus.
