We are seeking a full-time Co-Founder with Investment to join our team at Tripzada Holiday. As a Co-Founder, you will play a key role in strategic planning, identifying growth opportunities, and driving business expansion. Responsibilities include building and managing strategic partnerships, overseeing marketing and sales efforts, conducting market research, and contributing to the financial growth of the company. This is a hybrid role based in Noida, allowing flexibility for remote work as needed.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth
Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset
Prior management or leadership experience is advantageous
Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry is a plus
Financial management and investment knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
