Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder with investment role based in Jaipur. The Co-Founder will help define and refine the company vision, business model, and long-term growth strategy in the STEM, AI, and IoT education space. Daily responsibilities include driving sales and marketing initiatives, building partnerships with schools, institutions, and industry stakeholders, and representing RoboSiddhi at events and meetings. The role involves overseeing market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, and shaping new products, courses, and offerings based on insights. The Co-Founder will collaborate closely with the founding team on budgeting, resource planning, team building, and operational decision-making, while contributing capital and actively supporting fundraising efforts.

- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and team collaboration.
- Proven sales and marketing skills, ideally in education, technology, or related sectors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in early-stage ventures, business development, or startup leadership.
- Ability to commit financial investment and actively participate in fundraising and investor relations.
- Experience or strong interest in STEM, AI, IoT, robotics, or drone technology is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Capacity to work on-site in Jaipur, take ownership of outcomes, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
