Role Description
As an Angel Investor & Co-Founder, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of MinMyBaby. You will work closely with the founding team to refine our business model, expand our market reach, and develop strong partnerships within the construction industry. Your experience in the sector and existing network in raw material supply chains will be critical in enhancing our platform's value proposition and accelerating user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investment & Funding: Provide initial seed capital to fuel product development, market expansion, and operational scaling.
- Strategic Guidance: Help shape the company's long-term vision, ensuring alignment with industry needs and trends in the construction and raw materials sector.
- Industry Partnerships: Leverage existing networks to establish strategic alliances with raw material suppliers, government entities, and construction firms.
- Market Expansion: Play a key role in expanding the platform's reach, targeting new geographies and customer segments.
- Operational Leadership: Provide insights and guidance on optimizing operations to improve service delivery and customer engagement.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, contribute to budget planning, and ensure the company's financial sustainability.
- Technology & Innovation: Assist in the development of platform features that enhance user experience and create a competitive edge in tender aggregation.
- Talent Acquisition & Team Building: Support in recruiting key personnel and building a strong leadership team.
- Brand Development: Help position as a market leader through effective branding, PR, and industry events.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in the construction sector, with a strong understanding of raw material procurement and supply chains- .Experience as an investor, co-founder, or senior executive in a construction-related business or tech-driven procurement platform
- .A well-established network of raw material suppliers, contractors, and government procurement bodies
- .Strong business acumen, with experience in scaling businesses or startups
- .Ability to guide operational and financial strategy, ensuring business sustainability and growth
- .Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
