Our mission is to build a scalable, tech-enabled ecosystem for salons across Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities in India.

We are looking for a Co-Founder with Investment & Strategic expertise who will work closely with the Founder to shape the company's growth, fundraising, and long-term vision.

Lead or actively support fundraising activities (angel investors, VCs, strategic investors)

Help define business strategy, growth roadmap, and unit economics

Assist in building investor decks, financial models, and pitch narratives

Strategic decision-making for market expansion, pricing, and partnerships

Act as a thought partner in core business planning & execution

Support networking with industry leaders, investors, and advisors

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Indore for a Co-founder with an investment opportunity at Leaex Parlourmates Private Limited. The Co-founder will play a key role in shaping the strategic vision and driving the overall growth of the company. Responsibilities will include overseeing business operations, developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, identifying opportunities for expansion, and fostering partnerships with various stakeholders. Additionally, the Co-founder will work closely with the team to ensure the continued innovation and development of the platform. This role requires entrepreneurial spirit, a hands-on approach, and a financial commitment to share capital investment.
