Role Description
We're looking for a Co-Founder passionate about mental health to help shape growth, narrative, and distribution from the ground up.
This is a true founding role, not a marketing position. You will help define how NumaSelf is discovered, trusted, and chosen.
What You'll Co-own
Growth & Distribution
- Content-led growth (Instagram, community, organic channels)
- Early acquisition experiments and funnel design
- Trust-building loops (education, storytelling, social proof)
Brand & Narrative
- Positioning NumaSelf in a crowded mental health landscape
- Defining tone, voice, and messaging across channels
- Creating clarity around who this is for and why it matters
Early-Stage Strategy
- Partnering on product direction from a growth lens
- Identifying what to double down on vs what to kill fast
- Helping move the company from intuition → signal → conviction
