Knowx is a core micro-product under Entrext, built to enable meaningful founder-to-founder connections through shared intent and availability, not cold DMs or staged events.

Role: Growth Founding Member

As a Growth Founding Member at Entrext, you will own and build the growth engine behind Knowxtaking it from early concept to strong city-level founder adoption.

You'll blend product intuition with on-ground founder community activation, viral loops, partnerships, and rapid experimentation to drive real-world usage. You'll move fast, test aggressively, validate ideas with live users, and play a defining role in shaping how founders discover and meet each other.

This role includes 10% participation/stake in the Knowx product.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Strategy

Craft and execute the growth strategy to scale Knowx across founder-dense ecosystems: startup hubs, co-working spaces, colleges, accelerators, cafs, and cities.

Build smart acquisition systems combining real-world activation, referral loops, content, incentives, and habit-forming touchpoints.

Identify and unlock high-impact channels: founder micro-events, demo days, pitch nights, accelerator cohorts, community meetups, and influencer founders.

Product-Market Fit & Experiments

Work closely with product to refine the founder discovery and matching experience.

Run rapid experiments: founder walks, coffee brainstorms, co-founder jams, late-night build sessions, idea validation meetups, and micro-founder circles.

Test and iterate on mechanics such as:

Availability signals (free to talk now)

Intent-based matching (co-founder, feedback, networking, accountability)

Stage-based discovery (idea, MVP, growth, scale)

Vibe-based matching and founder badges

Community & Partnerships

Build hyperlocal founder communities around shared intent (first-time founders, bootstrappers, builders, indie hackers, growth-stage founders).

Partner with co-working spaces, cafs, accelerators, colleges, VCs, startup communities, and ecosystem enablers.

Engage deeply with early adopters and seed founder circles to generate real-world momentum and trust.

Metrics & P&L Ownership

Own core metrics: daily active founders, session frequency, successful matches, repeat meetups, retention, and revenue.

Maintain ecosystem health: availability density, match quality, locality saturation, founder safety, and overall vibe.

Own P&L levers: premium founder features, community passes, partner monetization, churn reduction.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with product, engineering, design, and support to ship growth-driven features fast.

Align growth initiatives with the product roadmap and founder behavior insights.

Shape Knowx through continuous build measure learn cycles.
