Role Overview

We are seeking a mission-aligned Co-Founder who will take complete ownership of a core vertical and actively contribute to building DotEco from foundation to scale.

This is not a symbolic title it is a high-responsibility, decision-making role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic planning and roadmap execution
  • Take ownership of a key vertical (Product, Growth, Community, Tech, Operations based on strength)
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams
  • Build systems, processes, and scalable structures
  • Represent DotEco in partnerships, events, and collaborations
  • Contribute to fundraising strategy (when applicable)
  • Ensure measurable progress through KPIs and structured tracking

Equity & Compensation Structure
  • This is an equity-based founding position.
  • No fixed salary at the early stage.
  • Revenue-based compensation structure will be aligned proportionally based on contribution and impact once the ecosystem begins monetization.
  • Equity allocation will depend on role ownership, commitment level, and long-term alignment.
