Primelle Pets is supported by strong manufacturing expertise and international distribution experience through its parent ecosystem.
We are now looking for a Co-Founder with strategic investment to help scale the brand globally.
Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary co-founder who can bring both capital and strategic leadership to accelerate the growth of Primelle Pets.
This partner will play a critical role in scaling operations, building international distribution, fundraising, and brand expansion.
This is a high-impact leadership role with equity ownership.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Growth
- Define and execute the global growth strategy for Primelle Pets.
- Identify and build distribution networks across North America, Europe, and emerging markets.
- Develop partnerships with retail chains, distributors, and pet brands.
Fundraising & Financial Strategy
- Participate in capital raising, investor relations, and financial planning.
- Support the company in securing venture capital, strategic investments, and global partnerships.
Brand & Market Expansion
- Lead brand positioning, international expansion, and product launches.
- Identify opportunities in functional pet nutrition, sustainable protein, and premium treats.
Operations & Scaling
- Help scale supply chain, logistics, and global distribution.
- Support expansion into e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Chewy, and retail channels.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in startups, pet industry, FMCG, or consumer brands
- Strong international business or distribution experience
- Investment capacity or ability to bring strategic capital
- Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term commitment
- Experience with scaling brands globally
Bonus if you have:
- Pet industry experience
- Strong investor or strategic partner network
- Background in D2C brands or global distribution
