This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder at HireHive. The Co-Founder will play a key role in shaping the strategic vision of the company, leading operations, and fostering growth in the recruitment ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, building partnerships, managing sales and marketing efforts, conducting market research, and driving organizational goals. The Co-Founder will also collaborate with key stakeholders to align business goals and ensure sustainable success.

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Proven experience in Sales strategies and client acquisition
• In-depth knowledge of Marketing and promotional strategies to drive brand growth
• Proficiency in Research to guide informed decision-making and strategy development
