This is a full-time, remote Co-Founder (Equity-Based) role at MercuryAi. The individual will play a central role in setting the strategic direction of the company, identifying growth opportunities, and leading initiatives to drive business expansion. Responsibilities include building partnerships, refining product vision, executing marketing and sales strategies, and ensuring operational excellence. As a Co-Founder, you will collaborate closely with a talented team and contribute to the overall success of MercuryAi.

• Strong analytical and research skills to identify opportunities, assess risks, and drive data-informed decisions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate ideas and build relationships effectively
• Experience in sales and marketing, including developing strategies, identifying leads, and building customer-focused campaigns
• Ability to work in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, with a proactive and self-motivated approach
• Previous experience in startups or technology-driven ventures is a plus
