We are currently building new ventures in Healthcare, Finance, and Global Trade, and are looking for mission-driven Co-Founders to lead these companies.

Role: Co-Founder

This role is for builders, not just managers.

You will work closely with the venture studio leadership to build and scale a startup from the ground up from validating the business model to building a team, meeting clients, and running operations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Building

• Lead the development and execution of the startup strategy
• Identify market opportunities and build strong business models
• Work with the venture studio to validate and launch products/services

Client & Market Development

• Meet potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Build early customer relationships and partnerships
• Drive early revenue and market adoption

Operations & Team Building

• Build and manage the core operational team
• Establish processes for growth and scalability
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the startup

Growth & Execution

• Work with the venture studio to raise early funding
• Onboard early investors and strategic shareholders
• Scale the business through partnerships and market expansion

What We Offer

10% Equity in the startup venture

Initial support from venture studio resources (strategy, branding, tech, network)

Small monthly salary during the first year or until the business generates revenue
