Role Overview
As a Co-founder Marketing, Partnerships & Business Development, you will own growth. This is a leadership role, not a job. You'll shape PREPZR's market presence, strategic alliances, and monetization engine.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Growth
- Build and execute PREPZR's go-to-market strategy
- Drive user acquisition (students, parents, institutions)
- Own brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling
- Lead digital marketing, content, influencer, and community growth
Partnerships
- Build partnerships with schools, coaching institutes, publishers, edtech platforms
- Identify and close strategic alliances (B2B, B2B2C)
- Create win-win collaboration models
Business Development
- Design revenue models and pricing strategies
- Drive institutional sales and enterprise tie-ups
- Build and manage early sales funnels
- Work closely with product and tech teams to align growth with roadmap
