About GoIRL

GoIRL (Go In Real Life) is first of it's kind experiential Matchmaking & Social Networking platform built to move people from online discovery to real-life connections at certified listed venues and curated experiences.

We operate at the intersection of social tech, hospitality, lifestyle, and community, creating safe, trusted, and memorable IRL experiences. GoIRL is currently in pre-launch & beta, preparing for a multi-city rollout across India.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the backbone of GoIRL's ecosystem.

This role is highly operational, field-driven, and relationship-focused. You will own venue onboarding, partnerships, city operations, team building, and experience execution. Candidates with backgrounds at Zomato/District, Swiggy/Dineout, EazyDiner, BookMyShow, Nearbuy, OYO, Paytm Insider, or similar platforms are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Venue Onboarding & Partnerships:
  • Build and scale GoIRL's venue & experience partner network
  • Onboard F&B outlets, event companies, game zones, museums, adventure sports, co-working & experiential spaces
  • Negotiate commercial terms, discounts, revenue share, exclusivity & branding rights
  • Maintain long-term partner relationships

2 . City Operations & Launch Execution:

  • Lead NCR soft launch & multi-city expansion
  • Plan and execute city-level activations, events & venue launches
  • Ensure partner quality, SLAs, compliance & service standards

3 . Strategic Partnerships:

  • Build alliances with experiential-based platforms, event companies & lifestyle brands
  • Design co-marketing, cross-selling & bundled experience models

4 . Field Execution & Process Building:

  • Personally lead on-ground execution (requires own vehicle & frequent travel)
  • Set SOPs, training modules & quality benchmarks
  • Build dashboards for onboarding, bookings & revenue

5 . Team Building & Relationship:

  • Hire, train & manage city ops teams, partnership managers & field executives
  • Build a high-performance operations culture

6 . Founder Level Ownership:

  • Work closely with CEO, CMO & CTO on strategy & growth
  • Support fundraising, partner credibility & market expansion
  • Own city P&L, partner success & operational KPIs

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years experience in venue partnerships, operations or Sales
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management & execution skills
  • Startup mindset, high ownership & hands-on leadership
  • Comfortable working in the field & building from scratch
