This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-Founder based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Co-Founder will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic vision, fostering relationships, and driving growth initiatives. Responsibilities will include overseeing business development, conceptualizing strategies for sales and marketing, analyzing market trends and data, and leading teams to ensure operational effectiveness. Additionally, the Co-Founder will represent the company in key stakeholder engagements and collaborate on developing innovative solutions that align with the company's mission and goals.

• Strong Analytical and Research skills to evaluate market trends, develop insights, and support data-driven decision-making
• Exceptional Communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders, team leadership, and presentation of ideas
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, with the ability to devise and implement strategies to drive growth and reach target markets
• Ability to think strategically and act as a visionary to drive the company's long-term objectives
• Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving abilities and leadership experience
• Understanding of the technology and professional services industry is an advantage
• Relevant academic background or equivalent professional experience in business, management, marketing, or related fields
