VigneX is revolutionizing Peer-to-Peer (P2P) cryptocurrency trading in India with a strong emphasis on trust, security, and compliance. Our platform provides a robust infrastructure to mitigate common risks in crypto transactions, such as fraud and bank account freezes. We focus on creating a secure, transparent, and regulatory-compliant gateway for Indian traders and investors to access the global digital economy. With advanced escrow systems, bank-grade security measures, and real-time dispute resolution, we aim to facilitate the safe and seamless adoption of Web3 technology in India.

This is a full-time remote role for the Co-Founder position at VigneX. The Co-Founder will play a critical role in shaping the company's vision, strategy, and overall trajectory. Responsibilities include developing and overseeing business strategies, managing cross-functional teams, identifying growth opportunities, and building key partnerships. Additionally, the Co-Founder will drive market research initiatives, lead sales and marketing strategies, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements while fostering innovation in the cryptocurrency landscape.

• Prior experience in managing or founding a startup is highly preferred but not required.
