This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Programmer, based in Bengaluru. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC machine programs, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring precision in machining processes. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing CNC programs, overseeing milling operations, collaborating with setup teams, and troubleshooting programming or machining issues. The position demands a strong focus on quality, precision, and efficiency in production processes.

• Proficiency in CNC Programming and Programming for various machines
• Strong understanding of Technical Drawing and blueprint interpretation
• Experience with machining processes, including Milling
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to work effectively within an on-site team in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with industry tools, equipment, and safety practices
• Certification or diploma in CNC Programming, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering preferred
