Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Plate Cutting Operator based in Bhongir, Telangana. The role involves operating CNC plate cutting machines to manufacture precise components, ensuring consistent quality through regular monitoring and adjustments to machinery. Daily responsibilities include setting up and calibrating cutting equipment, inspecting finished products, maintaining equipment for optimal performance, and adhering to safety protocols. The operator will collaborate with team members to meet production targets while ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machinery handling
• Experience in Machining and Milling processes
• Strong skills in Quality Control to ensure product accuracy and adherence to standards
• Attention to detail and ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience of at least 2-3 years in CNC plate cutting or a similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with safety protocols and standard operating procedures in manufacturing environments
• Diploma or certification in mechanical engineering or a related technical field is an advantage
