CNC Operator

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Operator based in Bengaluru. The CNC Operator will perform tasks including setting up and operating CNC machine for designing and cutting materials, based on technical drawings. The role involves calibrating and maintaining CNC equipment, ensuring high-quality standards are met, troubleshooting issues during operations, and performing necessary adjustments to machines. The CNC Operator will also be responsible for adhering to safety and quality control guidelines while maintaining efficiency in the machining process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CNC Machine Operation and general machinery handling
• Strong knowledge of Machining and Operating processes
• Experience in performing Quality Control to ensure output meets stringent standards
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints with attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting machine issues
• Basic understanding of safety standards and maintenance practices
• Prior experience in a CNC or machining environment preferred
• Technical diploma or certification in a relevant field is an advantage
