This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a CNC and VMC Operator. The operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC and VMC machines to produce high-quality components according to design specifications. This includes interpreting technical drawings, ensuring precise measurements, and performing routine maintenance on the machines. The operator will adhere to quality control standards and work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and ensure operational efficiency.

• Proficiency in CNC and VMC machine operations, including machine setup and interpretation of technical drawings.
• Hands-on experience with precision machining and quality control processes.
• Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• Ability to measure and inspect finished components to meet specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to follow safety protocols.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or heavy machinery environment is preferred.
• Certification or diploma in mechanical engineering or related field is an advantage.
