Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented
CMM Programmer Operator to join our team in Rajkot. The candidate will be responsible for operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), programming inspection routines, and ensuring product quality as per engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and handle CMM machines efficiently
- Develop and execute CMM programs for inspection
- Interpret engineering drawings, GDT, and specifications
- Perform dimensional inspection of components
- Prepare inspection reports and documentation
- Ensure quality standards and accuracy in measurements
- Maintain calibration and upkeep of CMM equipment
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Knowledge of CMM programming software (e.g., PC-DMIS, etc.)
- Understanding of GDT and engineering drawings
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
