Job Description:Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar is looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to oversee and manage multiple outlets within an assigned region. The ideal candidate should have strong operational knowledge, team management skills, and the ability to drive sales, profitability, and brand standards across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple outlets within the cluster
- Ensure consistent brand standards, SOPs, food quality, service, and hygiene
- Drive sales growth, cost control, and overall profitability
- Monitor P&L, food cost, bar cost, and manpower planning
- Recruit, train, and mentor Restaurant Managers and outlet teams
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and FSSAI guidelines
- Handle customer feedback, escalations, and service recovery
- Coordinate with central kitchen, purchase, marketing, and HR teams
- Conduct regular audits, reviews, and performance evaluations
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Cluster Manager / Area Manager / Multi-Unit Manager
- Strong background in Caf, Lounge, Bar, or Casual Dining operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple teams and outlets independently
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Experience:- Minimum 58 years in hospitality, with multi-outlet management experience
