Job Description

Location Name: Pune Corporate Office - PTP

Job Purpose

This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Analysis of various RBI guidelines and its impact on business operations
  • Performing a health check on the various system data points from a regulatory perspective and identification of gaps and finalization of mitigation measures in alignment with concerned stakeholders
  • Vetting of product SOP and Board policy in line with Regulatory Requirement.
  • Handling annual / periodic Regulatory inspection / data requirements
  • Review of system enhancements and system functionality changes from regulatory perspective
  • Preparation and presentation of the findings and actionable to management
  • Identification and analysis of gaps in the processes from a regulatory perspective
  • Liaoning with the various business and function teams for rectification of process gaps
  • Review of specific business / function and process from regulatory perspective.
  • Working on data analytics tool development

Required Qualifications And Experience


  • Chartered Accountant with minimum 5-6 years of experience in the field of Regulatory reporting / Regulatory inspection handling of NBFCs banks.
  • Thorough knowledge on regulatory requirements (RBI guidelines)
  • MS Excel proficiency
  • High analytical abilities
  • Exceptional communicational skills
