Job Description

Lead and deliver large-scale, multi-year programmes with multiple workstreams and phases.
Own strategic development for new and current products across H&F and Crop Production platforms.
Develop and monitor programme execution plans, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
Address current product quality, performance, supplier and manufacturing issues within CPM guidelines.
Drive cost reduction initiatives, supplier optimisation and make/buy studies to improve competitiveness.
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, manufacturing, purchase and suppliers.
Proactively identify risks, manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Communicate programme status and progress to senior leadership and global stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Program Management Lead should have:

8-15 years in programme or project management roles within a cross-functional engineering environment exposure to off‑road or H&F products preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Production or Electronics Engineering MBA and/or PMP certification is desirable.
Strong understanding of complete product lifecycle management, quality processes, cost tracking and risk management.
Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis, reporting and programme tracking.
Proven ability to lead and influence diverse teams, manage multiple initiatives, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work across locations, and a structured, process-driven approach to programme execution.
