About the Role
The Cluster Manager – Credit Cards is responsible for managing a team of Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, Sales Officers, and backend sales staff across designated geographies. The role involves driving sales, managing costs, optimizing product mix, and building a critical mass of credit card customers. The Cluster Manager will implement distribution plans, establish channel infrastructure, and ensure regulatory and legal compliance across all customer touchpoints. This role also focuses on mentoring team members and maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, Sales Officers, and backend sales staff across mapped geographies.
- Drive sales, cost efficiency, and product mix targets to build a critical mass of credit card customers.
- Implement distribution plans across geographies and manage multiple acquisition channels.
- Establish distribution and channel infrastructure including retail, online, and fintech platforms.
- Identify and enroll third-party payroll and infrastructure service providers.
- Own and drive quality parameters such as approval rates, First Time Right (FTR), Turnaround Time (TAT), and process adherence.
- Ensure implementation of regulatory and legal compliance frameworks across all customer touchpoints and business teams.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Credit, Policy, IT, Operations) to develop implementation plans.
- Evaluate growth strategies based on competitor analysis and channel/customer feedback.
- Recommend process changes to improve sales efficiency and quality across acquisition channels.

Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in credit card sales and distribution management.
