Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

Sales Target Achievement:Driving premium and revenue targets through direct sales initiatives to meet Annual Operating Plans (AOP).
Team Management & Coaching:Leading, motivating, and training a team of Relationship Managers/Sales Executives to achieve individual and cluster targets.
Relationship Management:Building relationships with partners (e.g., bank branch managers in open architecture) and high-value customers to generate leads and boost sales.
Customer Acquisition & Servicing:Managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to post-sales support and retention.
Performance Tracking & Compliance:Ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance, monitoring KPIs, and implementing corrective actions to maximize business potential.
