Qualifications:
- EXP- 9 to 12 years
- At least 5 years of experience managing Windows Server Infrastructure
- Experience managing and working with remote teams
- Ability to document procedures, create runbooks, and maintain knowledge bases
- Experience working in a multi-national environment
- English level: minimum B2
Windows Server Administration
- Strong experience in Windows Server administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise Windows environments (performance, security, services)
- Expertise in Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, and certificate services
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows Failover Clustering, File/Print services, and Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
- Familiarity with Windows patching and updates (WSUS, SCCM, or similar)
Virtualization Technologies
- Expertise in VMware vSphere/ESXi administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with VMware vCenter (clusters, HA, DRS, storage policies, templates, snapshots, etc.)
- Expertise in Client Prism Central/Element and AHV hypervisor (N2C included)
Automation & Scripting
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, Python for automation of virtualization tasks
- Experience with Ansible for automation
Linux Administration
- Linux OS administration experience
Cloud & Backup
- Basic knowledge of AWS Cloud services
- Familiarity with backup tools for virtual environments (e.g., Commvault, Networker)
Patching & Database Knowledge
- Understanding of patching and upgrades for Windows or Linux OS (Altiris, SuMa)
- Basic knowledge of database engines (SQL and Oracle
