Cloud Support Engineer

Location: Remote (India)
About the Company
A US-headquartered product company is scaling its India engineering hub and has partnered with Flexiple to build out its cloud support function. You will support enterprise customers running the company's product across multiple cloud regions, working alongside global support and infrastructure teams. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will manage incidents, tickets, and escalations tied to the company's cloud infrastructure, keeping uptime and customer trust high across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Incident & Ticket Management
- Triage and resolve incoming tickets related to cloud infrastructure and deployments
- Manage incident response end to end, from detection through resolution
- Maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders during outages
Cloud Infrastructure Support
- Monitor cloud environments for performance, availability, and cost anomalies
- Support provisioning, configuration, and scaling of cloud resources
- Work with infrastructure teams to identify and fix recurring issues
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3 to 7 years in cloud support, infrastructure support, or systems administration
- Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, including networking and compute basics
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, New Relic, or CloudWatch
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
- Experience working with global, multi-time-zone support teams
- Cloud platform certification
