Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Cloud Sales Executive to join our growing team at RedSwitches. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in the hosting, cloud infrastructure, data center, or server solutions industry who understands the nuances of selling technical solutions to global clients.
You will play a critical role in driving the top of the sales funnel by identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and creating new business opportunities for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients in target markets, including hosting providers, gaming companies, streaming platforms, fintech firms, and enterprises requiring dedicated server infrastructure
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, technical requirements, and budget
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality prospects
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to schedule meetings and ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
- Understand customer requirements and position RedSwitches solutions effectively
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM tools
- Leverage intent based tools, inbound inquiries, partner ecosystems, and industry platforms to identify and engage high potential prospects evaluating dedicated server and infrastructure solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends including cloud computing, bare metal servers, data center solutions, and global hosting infrastructure
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
- Identify high intent prospects through website activity signals and lead scoring tools
- Work with channel partners and resellers to drive qualified opportunities
- Assist prospects with understanding server configurations and solution fit in coordination with technical teams
About You
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a Cloud Sales Executive, Business Development, or similar role in the hosting, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure technology industry
- Strong understanding of dedicated servers, cloud hosting, data centers, or related technical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage global clients
- Proven ability to generate leads and manage outbound sales activities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
- Self motivated, goal oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
