What We Need (Skills & Expectations)

• Professionals with expertise across diverse domains that GCC works upon. These are specific to above domains and need to be at Senior level to take up any project across domains if need be.
• Strong communication skills to manage complex, multi-domain projects and engage stakeholders & leadership effectively.
• Ability to strategize and orchestrate projects end-to-end, ensuring both delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Must be well-versed in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Capable of driving large and complex deals ensuring customer happiness & satisfaction through proactive engagement and value delivery.
• Should be able to articulate well on what critical deals has he or she managed.
• PMP Certified

Each PM presented should be excellent in communication, have command on the domain they come from, have had handled PM projects and external customer projects in particular. They should articulate their experience and should come from thewaterfall domain. They can be a part of any of our domains - Cloud Platform & Engineering Application Engineering, Application Modernization, Cloud and automation
