Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Lead the endtoend architecture, deployment, and governance of enterprise OpenShift clusters across onprem, hybrid, and cloud environments.
- Define platform standards for networking, storage, security, GitOps, CI/CD integrations, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting expertise for cluster componentsAPI server, scheduler, worker nodes, operators, ingress controllers, persistent storage, and service mesh.
- Collaborate with DevOps, application, infrastructure, and security teams to guide containerization patterns, migration strategies, and application modernization.
- Drive platform performance tuning, capacity planning, cluster scaling, and resilience engineering.
- Implement OpenShift and Kubernetes security best practices including RBAC, network policies, image governance, secrets management, and compliance frameworks.
- Evaluate new OpenShift features, Operator Hub additions, and platform enhancements, and recommend roadmap improvements to leadership.
- Serve as the technical escalation point for complex incidents, RCAs, platform optimizations, and crossteam architectural decisions.
