Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize cloud-native solutions for the Connect Ecosystem.
Work extensively with AWS services: Lambda, Cognito, API Gateway, Step Functions, S3, ECS/EKS, CloudFormation, IAM.
Deploy and maintain workloads on GCP: Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Storage.
Build event-driven, and microservices architectures.
Implement robust authentication and authorization flows (Cognito, OAuth2, IAM, SAML).
Ensure high availability, scalability, fault tolerance, and cost optimization of cloud workloads.
Contribute to CI/CD automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK).
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

Required Skills & Expertise

Hands-on cloud architecture and engineering, focused on building and optimizing solutions rather than managing teams.
Must-have experience with AWS (Lambda, Cognito, API Gateway, Step Functions, S3,) and GCP (Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, BigQuery).
Strong experience with serverless, event-driven, and microservices-based systems.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK, CI/CD pipelines).
Deep knowledge of identity management, authentication, and authorization protocols (Cognito, OAuth2, SAML, IAM).
Experience migrating legacy workloads to cloud or optimizing existing cloud solutions for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Exposure to multi-cloud environments
Strong skills in monitoring, logging, observability, and troubleshooting (CloudWatch, Stackdriver, Prometheus, Grafana).
At least one cloud certification is mandatory (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Developer, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, or equivalent).
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization capabilities.
