Key Responsibilities- Manage inquiries viachat and calls, ensuring prompt and professional communication
- Handle end-to-enddeal closingand customer negotiations
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
- Provide accurate updates on leads, conversions, and performance metrics
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processes
- Represent the company professionally during all client interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications- 12 years of experience indeal closing / sales / channel partner coordination
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong negotiation and customer-handling abilities
- Ability to manage chats, calls, and follow-ups efficiently
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-oriented role
- Having a bike or car for occasional field visits is an advantage
