Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Closing Manager located in Thane. The Closing Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end closing process for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, financial institutions, and internal teams to manage funding, closings, and loan documentation. The role also involves assisting sales teams with the execution of contracts and ensuring smooth customer experiences throughout the closing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle qualified leads and follow up with potential property buyers
  • Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential projects
  • Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and terms to close deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain customer data, follow-ups, and closure status in CRM
  • Coordinate with documentation, legal, and finance teams for smooth closures
  • Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners
  • Provide regular sales performance reports to management

  • Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Proven experience in real estate closing/sales
    • Strong negotiation and convincing skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Good knowledge of residential property market in Thane/Mumbai
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes

    Experience
    • 25 years of experience in real estate sales or closing role

    Preferred Candidates
    • Experience in residential projects
    • Local market knowledge of Thane and nearby locations
