Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Closing Manager at Lodha Developer, located in Kalyan Dombivli. The Closing Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end closing process for real estate sales transactions, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, banks, and internal teams to finalize funding and mortgage processes, as well as supervising the handover and closure of property deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Closings and thorough understanding of closing procedures for real estate or related transactions
• Knowledge of Funding processes and Loans within the real estate or financial sectors
• Proven expertise in Sales, with strong negotiation and communication skills
• Familiarity with Mortgage Lending regulations and practices
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems used for real estate or funding management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in customer relationship management and delivering exceptional client service
