Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Closing Manager located in Kalyan. The Closing Manager will oversee the end-to-end process of real estate closings, including coordinating with stakeholders such as clients, lenders, and sales teams. Responsibilities include ensuring the timely funding and disbursement of loans, managing documents related to mortgage lending, and conducting necessary reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy. The Closing Manager will also provide support and guidance to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in handling Closings and Funding processes
- Strong skills in Sales and client interaction
- Proficiency in Loans and Mortgage Lending operations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in real estate and lending
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in the real estate or mortgage industry is a plus
