Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Closing Manager role based in Chennai. The Closing Manager will oversee the end-to-end process of property closures, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients. Daily responsibilities include handling all aspects of property closings, coordinating funding and loan disbursals, collaborating with the sales and mortgage teams, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role requires excellent organizational skills to manage timelines, documentation, and client communication effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Closings and handling Funding-related activities
• Experience in Sales and Loans management
• Knowledge of Mortgage Lending processes and documentation
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Prior experience in real estate or financial services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
