Role Overview:
We are looking to hire a qualified and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals facing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. The role involves evidence-based therapy, psychological assessments, and close collaboration with medical and wellness teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and diagnoses via video/audio consultations
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed approaches, etc.)
- Create and manage individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, confidential digital clinical records
- Collaborate remotely with psychiatrists, physicians, and wellness teams
- Provide crisis intervention and referrals when necessary
- Educate patients on mental health conditions and coping strategies
Required Qualification:
- Master's or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
- Valid license/registration with relevant regulatory body
- 13+ years of clinical experience (tele-health experience preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills
- Reliable internet connection and comfort with digital tools
- High ethical standards and commitment to patient confidentiality
Preferred Skills:
- Experience delivering therapy remotely
- Familiarity with tele-health platforms
- Ability to manage caseloads independently
