Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Psychologist, located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Clinical Psychologist will conduct in-depth psychological assessments, provide therapeutic interventions, and deliver counseling services for individuals with various behavioral health conditions. Responsibilities include conducting psychological testing, offering evidence-based therapeutic care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Additional responsibilities may include clinical supervision and the development of treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and application of Psychology and Counseling Psychology principles
• Proficiency in Psychological Testing and Behavioral Health Evaluation
• Experience in Mental Health assessment and intervention strategies
• Skills in Clinical Supervision and developing tailored therapeutic plans
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
• Experience working with children and adults is beneficial
• Licensure or certification in Clinical Psychology is preferred
