Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ludhiana for a Clinical Psychologist. The Clinical Psychologist will assess, diagnose, and treat mental health issues and psychological disorders for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting psychological testing, providing counseling and therapy sessions, creating treatment plans, tracking patient progress, and offering support to individuals, families, and groups. The role also involves participating in clinical supervision and collaborating with other mental health professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Psychology, Psychological Testing, and Mental Health
• Proficiency in Counseling Psychology and Clinical Supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• MPHIL in Clinical Psychology with RCI License
• Experience in managing and providing therapy in an inpatient or outpatient setting is advantageous
