Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Psychologist based in Gurugram, as well as across the country for hybrid or remote positions. The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, providing therapy, and formulating individualized care plans for clients. Daily tasks include administering and interpreting psychological tests, offering counseling sessions, and supervising mental health initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive holistic support and care.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology
• Proficiency in administering and interpreting Psychological Testing
• Experience in providing Mental Health care and therapeutic interventions
• Proven ability in Clinical Supervision and case management
• Empathy, active listening, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
• Licensure as a Clinical Psychologist (or eligibility for licensure) is preferred
• Prior experience in a mental health or clinical setting is an advantage
