Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Gurugram. The Clinical Psychologist will provide psychological assessments, including conducting psychological testing, delivering therapy sessions, and offering mental health support to individuals and groups. Responsibilities also include clinical supervision, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. The role may involve mentoring junior professionals or interns and contributing to educational and research initiatives undertaken by Tulasi Healthcare.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Psychology, Mental Health, and Counseling Psychology
- Hands-on experience and proficiency in Psychological Testing and conducting assessments
- Clinical Supervision skills and expertise in managing therapeutic methodologies and case work
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide effective therapy and collaborate with teams
- Doctorate (Ph.D./Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or an equivalent qualification
- Licensure as a Clinical Psychologist
- Previous experience in mental healthcare or rehabilitation facilities is highly desirable
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practices in the field
