Job Description

Responsibilites

The Role:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company protocols, SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Manage clinic resources efficiently, including consumables, equipment, and maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability of medicines, consumables, and other supplies.

Client Relationship & Customer Service

  • Ensure a positive client experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Address client feedback, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor front desk activities for appointment scheduling, billing, and client engagement.

Team Management & HR Coordination

  • Supervise clinic staff, including veterinarians, nurses, front desk executives, and support staff.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with HR for staffing requirements, leaves, and employee engagement initiatives.

Financial & Performance Management

  • Monitor daily billing, revenue targets, and cash management.
  • Prepare periodic reports on clinic performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in budget planning and cost-control measures.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in the clinic.
  • Maintain accurate medical and administrative records as per regulatory guidelines.
  • Coordinate for statutory and internal audits as required.

Requirements

Ideal Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Veterinary background preferred but not mandatory).
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare or veterinary clinic/hospital management.
  • Experience in customer service and team handling is essential.
