Job Description

Join the Client Onboarding and Services (COS) group and help deliver seamless implementations for our clients. You'll be the connector between clients, business partners, and technology teams to drive high-quality outcomes at speed. This role offers hands-on ownership across setup, testing, and migration in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Job Summary

As a Technical Implementation Associate within Client Onboarding and Services (COS), you coordinate end-to-end product implementation setups across multiple concurrent requests. You partner with clients and internal technology teams to gather requirements, execute testing, and support production migrations. You ensure clear communication, documentation, and timely issue resolution to meet SLAs and drive client satisfaction

Job Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end client implementations and outcomes.
  • Drive client satisfaction through proactive service and follow-through.
  • Establish timelines, documentation, and clear delivery expectations.
  • Communicate status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate requirement discussions to translate needs into setup/testing plans.
  • Coordinate product setup, testing, and production migrations with all parties.
  • Execute file validation and testing across agreed formats and scenarios.
  • Identify gaps/exceptions and recommend practical solutions.
  • Escalate risks and issues promptly and manage resolution to closure.
  • Record observations, outcomes, and decisions for auditability and continuity.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams while working independently with minimal supervision.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally.
  • Apply strong logical and analytical thinking with high attention to detail.
  • Manage multiple concurrent work requests with strong time/work prioritization.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience in mainframe testing and file transmission/testing (e.g., ISO, X12, BAI2).
  • Interpret ISO 20022/EDI message formats and XML structures.
  • Perform system, regression, and UAT testing with disciplined validation practices.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in banking/financial services implementing treasury products with a technical background (engineering degree).

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Leverage knowledge of US and Canada treasury products to accelerate implementations.
  • Use UI Path or another RPA tool to support workflow automation.
  • Strengthen stakeholder management across client and internal technology organizations.
  • Document complex technical workflows and test evidence in a structured, repeatable way.
  • Improve processes by proposing controls, checklists, and efficiency enhancements.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a high-volume delivery environment.
  • Work evening/night shifts to support business needs.
