Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries through chat and email support channels. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer issues, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via chat and email support.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Follow company guidelines and SLA timelines while responding to customers.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple chats/emails simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Attention to detail and time management.
